Steve Le is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AHT Tech JSC, a global technology company specializing in digital transformation, AI integration, and enterprise software solutions. As COO, Steve Le oversees the company’s worldwide operations, ensuring delivery excellence, sustainable scalability, and organizational efficiency across AHT Tech’s offices in Vietnam, Japan, the U.S., and Europe. He represents the operational backbone of the company—translating strategic vision into disciplined execution and measurable results.

With over 15 years in technology and management, Steve Le brings extensive experience in software engineering, enterprise operations, and business process optimization. Before joining AHT Tech’s executive board, he held senior technical and operational leadership roles in multinational IT firms, focusing on service delivery, automation, and performance management. At AHT Tech, he manages end-to-end operations including global delivery centers, project governance, and enterprise partnerships. His leadership style is characterized by analytical clarity, structured process management, and a focus on operational integrity.
